Lane and Street Closures

Lane Closure – Cliff Avenue

Beginning on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, the outside northbound lane of North Cliff Avenue will be closed at various locations between 10th Street and Rice Street to allow crews to perform concrete repairs. Each repair location will be limited to a block or two, and will move north as the work progresses.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within two weeks.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Street Closure – County Highway 130

Beginning on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, Minnehaha County Highway 130 (258th Street) will be closed at Marion Road (471st Avenue) to allow construction crews to widen and resurface the highway.

Drivers should use 60th Street North as an alternate route. This closure is anticipated to extend into October.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and should use signed detour routes.
