Lane Closure – Cliff Avenue

Beginning on Monday, August 28, 2023, the outside southbound lane of North Cliff Avenue will be closed in various locations between 60th Street North and Chambers Street to allow crews to perform concrete repairs.  Each repair location will be limited to a block or two at each location, and will move south as the work progresses.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within two weeks.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure - Cliff Avenue

Beginning on Monday, August 28, 2023, the outside southbound lane on South Cliff Avenue will be closed north of Otonka Trail to allow crews to perform a concrete pavement repair. One southbound lane will be maintained during construction.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within one week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure - Dakota Avenue

Beginning on Monday, August 28, 2023, two of the northbound lanes on South Dakota Avenue will be closed south of 10th Street to allow crews to perform a concrete pavement repair. One northbound lane will be maintained during construction.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within one week.

Sidewalk Closure – Phillips Avenue

Beginning on Monday, August 28, 2023, the sidewalk on the west side of North Phillips Avenue will be closed between Second Street and Fourth Street due to the installation of a construction access road.

Pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the sidewalk on the east side of Phillips Avenue.

This work is anticipated to be completed by the fall of 2024.

Lane Closure – 12th Street

Beginning on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, the outside westbound lane of West 12th Street will be closed between Grange Avenue and West Avenue to allow crews to perform sidewalk repairs.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete in approximately one week.

Lane Closure – 26th Street

Beginning on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, the eastbound outside lane on West 26th Street will be closed on each side of Valley View Road.

MidAmerican will be repairing a valve.

This work is anticipated to be complete in two days.

Lane Closure – Ellis Road

Continuing Monday, August 28, 2023, the northbound outside lane, and right turn lane on South Ellis Road will be closed just south of 32nd Street.

NISS Excavation will be working on the roadway.

This work is anticipated to be complete by Friday, September 1, 2023.
