Street Closure - Elmwood Avenue

Beginning on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, Elmwood Avenue will be closed between Holly Drive and 18th Street to allow crews to complete sanitary sewer repairs. Local traffic will need to use an alternate route. Access to driveways will be coordinated with affected properties.

This work is expected to be complete in about two weeks.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure - Cliff Avenue

Beginning on Monday, August 28, 2023, the outside southbound lane on Cliff Avenue will be closed north of Otonka Trail to allow crews to perform a concrete pavement repair. One southbound lane will be maintained at all times during construction.

All work is expected to be completed within one week with favorable weather conditions.

Lane Closure - Dakota Avenue

Beginning on Monday, August 28, 2023, the two west northbound lanes on Dakota Avenue will be closed south of 10th Street to allow crews to perform a concrete pavement repair. One northbound lane will be maintained at all times during construction.
