Public Notice of Final Programs of Projects
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Sioux Falls on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. in the Cooper meeting room at the City Center, First Floor, 231 North Dakota Avenue, for the purpose of considering projects for which federal assistance is being sought. This building is accessible to persons with disabilities. The meeting may also be accessed via WebEx link by going to the August 2023 PTAB agenda at https://siouxfalls.org/mayor/boards-commissions/public-transit-advisory-bd/ptab.
Assistance is being sought from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and is generally described as follows:

The Proposed Program of Projects is available for public inspection at the City of Sioux Falls Planning Office, City Center, 231 N. Dakota Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Written comments may be submitted to the Sioux Falls Planning Office, PO Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402. The comment period will remain open through August 28, 2023. Upon completion of the public comment period and any necessary revisions, the Proposed Program of Projects and a Section 5307 and 5339(a) grant application will be submitted to the FTA for the requested funding. This Proposed Program of Projects will also be the final Program of Projects unless amended.
