Street Closure – Dakota Avenue

Beginning on Friday, July 28, 2023, South Dakota Avenue will be closed just south of the railroad tracks between 14th Street and 17th Street to allow crews to complete sanitary sewer repairs. Through traffic should use Minnesota Avenue or Main Avenue as an alternate route. Access to driveways will be maintained at all times.

This work is anticipated to be complete in about one week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Riverdale Park Entrance and Cameo Way Pavement Patching

Beginning at 7 a.m. on Friday, July 28, 2023, alternating closures will be taking place on East 24th Street at the Riverdale Park entrance and on South Cameo Way east of Bruce Road to allow crews to perform pavement patching.

Riverdale Park will remain open during construction. Access to Riverdale Park will be maintained at all times using either 24th Street or Cameo Way. Access to Cameo Way will also be maintained at all times during construction.

This work is anticipated to be complete by the end of the day.
