Street Closure – Vista Lane

Beginning on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, Vista Lane will be closed north of 57th Street to allow crews to asphalt overlay the street.

This work is anticipated to be complete in two days with favorable weather conditions. 

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Street Closure – Harpel Drive

Beginning on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, Harpel Drive will be closed between Minnesota Avenue and Vista Lane to allow crews to asphalt overlay the street.

This work is anticipated to be complete in two days with favorable weather conditions.

Lane Closures – 26th Street

Beginning on Monday, July 24, 2023, the eastbound lanes of 26th Street will be closed from Cleveland Avenue to Alpine Avenue to allow crews to make improvements to the ADA accessibility and roadway along the corridor. Two-way traffic will be maintained with one lane in each direction on the north side of 26th Street with left turns at major signalized intersections.

This is the first of two phases of the project, which includes both sides of 26th Street from Cleveland Avenue to Alpine Avenue. The entire project is anticipated to be complete by late fall of 2023.
