Street Closure – Batcheller Lane

Beginning on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, West Batcheller Lane will be closed between 57th Street and Minnesota Avenue to allow crews to asphalt overlay the street.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within two days. 

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure - 57th Street

Beginning on Thursday, July 13, 2023, the outside westbound lane on West 57th Street will be closed west of Western Avenue to allow crews to perform a concrete repair. One westbound lane of traffic will be maintained during construction.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within one week.

Lane Closure - 12th Street

Beginning on Thursday, July 13, 2023, the inside westbound lane, and the turning lane on West 12th Street will be closed east of Sertoma Avenue to allow crews to perform a concrete repair. One westbound lane of traffic will be maintained during construction.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within one week.

Street Closure – Terry Avenue

Beginning on Thursday, July 13, 2023, North Terry Avenue will be closed between Research Drive and the north entrance to Jefferson High School.

Soukup Construction will be working on sewer repairs.

The work is anticipated to be complete by Friday July 21, 2023.

Lane Closure – Benson Road

Beginning on Thursday, July 13, 2023, the outside eastbound lane of East Benson Road will be closed between 10th Avenue and Casco Avenue to allow crews to bore electrical utility lines.

The work is anticipated to be completed within two weeks.
