Street Closure – Linedrive Avenue

Beginning on Thursday, June 15, 2023, Linedrive Avenue will be closed south of 41st Street.

First Rate Excavate will be working on new utilities.

This work is anticipated to be complete in approximately one week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – Sixth Street

Beginning on Friday, June 16, 2023, the eastbound lane on East Sixth Street will be diverted to the center turn lane between French Avenue and Cliff Avenue.

MidAmerican Energy will be working on retiring a gas service.

This work is anticipated to be complete by the end of the day.

Street Closure – Lake Avenue

Beginning on Wednesday, June 20, 2023, North Lake Avenue will be closed south of Madison Street.

Runge Enterprises Inc. will be working on new utilities.

This work is anticipated to be complete in a week.

Lane Closure – Seventh Street

Beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2023, the eastbound lane on East Seventh Street will be closed east of Phillips Avenue.

Barnhart Crane will be setting a roof top unit.

This work is anticipated to be complete by noon.
