Lane Closure – 11th Street & Phillips Avenue

UPDATE: The window replacement at East 11th Street and South Phillips Avenue is taking longer than anticipated. Parking on the east side of South Phillips Avenue, just north of East 11th Street is expected to be removed, weather permitting, beginning on Monday, November 14, 2022. Cresten Property Management will be replacing windows.

Once the window replacement for Shrivers on East 11th Street is finished, the pedestrian walkway has windows that need replacing as well. The middle and southern lanes will be closed on East 11th Street once traffic control for Shrivers moves to South Phillips Avenue. One lane on East 11th Street will remain open. The pedestrian walkway window replacement is expected to take one day.

Once the windows are replaced on the south side of the building, work will continue on the west side of the building, Phase 2. Beginning on October 31, 2022, the parking on the east side of South Phillips Avenue, just north of East 11th Street, will be removed or restricted.

Phase 2 work is expected to be complete in two weeks.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
