Lane Closures – 6th Street and Cleveland Avenue

Beginning on Monday, October 17, 2022, the outside west bound lane along East 6th Street will be closed to traffic at North Cleveland Avenue to allow utility work.

The outside north bound lane along North Cleveland Avenue, south of East 6th Street, will remain closed to traffic. All east bound traffic lanes will be open. Traffic control will be in place.

Weather permitting, this project is anticipated to be completed within three weeks.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – 69th Street

Beginning on Monday, October 17, 2022, the outside west bound lane on West 69th Street will be closed near the intersection of South Mustang Avenue to allow crews to perform curb and gutter repairs.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed within two weeks.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – Western Avenue

Beginning on Monday, October 17, 2022, the north bound and south bound outside lanes on South Western Avenue will be closed to the north and south of West 69th Street to allow crews to perform curb and gutter repairs.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed within two weeks.

Lane Closure – 11th Street and Phillips Avenue

Beginning on Monday, October 17, 2022, the northern most east bound lane on East 11th Street will be closed at Phillips Avenue.

Cresten Property Management will be replacing windows. The work is expected to be complete in two weeks.

Once the windows are replaced on the south side of the building, work will continue on the west side of the building, Phase 2. Beginning on Monday, October 31, 2022, parking on the east side of Phillips Avenue, just north of East 11th Street, will be removed and restricted.

Phase 2 work is expected to be complete in two weeks.

Lane Closure – Cliff Avenue

Beginning on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, the outside southbound lane on South Cliff Avenue will be closed at East 28th Street.

Underground Solutions will be locating/coring. The work is expected to be complete that day.

Street Closures – 33rd Street and Grange Avenue

Beginning on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, West 33rd Street will be closed to thru traffic for four days. South Grange Avenue will be closed to thru traffic for two days. Detours for each closure will be signed.

Soukup will be working on utilities. The work is expected to be complete in one week.
