Reading Kits
Siouxland Libraries reading kits are designed to help beginning readers develop and practice core reading skills:
- background knowledge
- comprehension
- decoding
- fluency.
Each skill comes in two levels, New Reader and Developing Reader, with multiple kit options in those levels. New Reader kits target readers at the very beginning of their learning-to-read journey, and Developing Reader kits are the next step in building strong readers. Check one out here.
