This is more fun than you can possibly stand—while seated. Come enjoy this fun-filled game played with a beach volleyball. Chair volleyball is great for upper body mobility and is designed to promote physical and emotional health. Registration required.

Nearly seven years ago, Mary Tidwell and Mary Tranberg were both diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a chronic, progressive disease for which there is no cure. They will share their knowledge of Parkinson’s and their journeys coping with the diagnosis, as well as how they feel friends and family can best support persons facing a chronic condition. Pie and ice cream will be served during the break. Registration required.

SENIOR SPRING BIKE TRAIL TOUR
DUNHAM PARK | AGES: 55+
This experience is for those who are not able to explore our beautiful bike trail system on their own. Round-trip golf cart tours will allow you to experience stunning views of the river, parks, and wildlife. Tours will leave on the hour every hour, with the first tour leaving at 10 a.m. and the last tour leaving at 1 p.m. Participants must be able to transfer on and off the golf carts independently.
