What is The Caille Room?
The Caille Room houses a collection of books on South Dakota history, books by regional authors, and some other special collections. The Caille Room collection is at the Main Library.
What are the special collections?
There are topographic maps of South Dakota, Sioux Falls city directories, old telephone directories back to 1909, and high school annuals from Sioux Falls and Minnehaha County.
Can these materials be checked out of the library?
So that the collection will be available for use for many years, the materials do not check out. You are invited to use them in the library.
