The library sends notification directly to you for holds, overdue materials and when you owe more than $5. You can choose the method you want to receive most of your notices. (All billing notices are sent by mail.) Just let us know when you sign up for your library card or the next time you check out materials.
Telecirc (367-7340)
Using a touch-tone phone and your library card, you may call in 24 hours a day to check on your library account. With Telecirc, you can:
- Find out what you have checked out
- Find out the due dates on items checked out
- Find out what fees you owe
- Find out what items are being held for you (with locations and pick up dates)
- Renew items
In addition, Telecirc will call you about overdues, holds, and late fees owed.
E-mail notification
You can receive your holds and overdue notices by e-mail. Call the Circulation desk at 367-8700 with your current e-mail address. If your e-mail address changes, be sure to let us know. You can also update your e-mail address yourself using My Account in the Library Catalog.
