Local artist Robert Norro will display his work through April 30 at the Main Library, 200 North Dakota Avenue, as part of the library’s Art and Artists Program. The exhibit features watercolor scenes of Europe, as well as a collection of “Sioux Falls Yesterday and Today” pieces.
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Norro spent much of his life living in California and moved to Sioux Falls in 1998. He studied watercolors as a student in Argentina and has worked in the clothing design, food, and hotel industries.
