Siouxland Libraries and hundreds of libraries across the country will join the American Library Association (ALA) in celebrating the popularity and educational, recreational, and social value of video and board games for National Gaming Day @ your Library on Saturday, November 12, 2011.

A variety of games will be available for families to play from 2–4 p.m. in the children’s area at the Main Branch, including Wii games, make-and-take Angry Birds, chess, mancala, checkers, and other board games.
