Title: 'An Ostrich Named Emu' at Siouxland Libraries

Songwriter and guitarist T. Wilson King will visit Siouxland Libraries to present An Ostrich Named Emu, an entertaining story for the whole family told through song, humor, and audience participation.

This musical presentation will be given at 1 and 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, at the Oak View Branch; on Wednesday, June 24, at the Caille Branch; and on Thursday, June 25, at the Ronning Branch. On Friday, June 26, the program will be held in the Brandon Elementary Carpet Gym at 10:15 a.m. Seating is limited and groups of ten or more must register in advance to attend by calling 367-8710.

This program is offered as part of Siouxland Libraries’ summer reading club, “Be Creative @ your Library,” where children can earn a variety of prizes by keeping track of their summer reading. Reading logs are available at any Siouxland Libraries branch.
