The Siouxland Libraries’ Main Library at 200 North Dakota Avenue will be open on May 1. However, it will not be the library customers normally expect due to the noise. The building crew will be cutting through concrete and brick on May 1. It is a great day to pick up and check out materials or to use one of the branch libraries. If you plan on staying awhile, bring your earplugs.
Parking is a challenge at the Main Library during the construction project. Library customers are welcome to use the metered spaces in the parking lot across the street on Dakota Avenue. The parking lot is just north of the ramp at 8th & Dakota. |
